Why are Hemi fenders worth more than standard fenders?

I don't care either, but there are a lot of people who really get into the whole 100% factory correct, restoration on a car. I would rather have a nice repro fender, as well as other good repro parts, than worry about correctness. The difference might be when someone is competing for points at a major show & comes up short because he has the wrong fenders on it. That same person wants date coded hoses, certain distributor caps, NOS replacement only, & more, but that's usually for different reasons than just driving it around on nice days. To each their own.
