My Smashed charger front end? What would you do?

I bought my Deceased friends 73 (titled as a '74) charger that was discussed in this thread:

Now here are some damage pics and my first priority is to get it pulled straight. My plan right now is to pull it straight get some body panels on it, make it driveable so I can get the salvage certificate turned into a title. Then I am pulling it back apart and rebuilding her.

Here is the damage:






Now it drives straight and has been on an alignment rack and the wheels are in the right spot making me assume that the subframe is till square. The car that hit it was airborne and basically landed on the hood so it didn't take too much of a frontal impact.

My question is how would you go about fixing the damage to the fender well? Can I pull that out so it is straight at a frame shop or should I get a donor car and cut the fender well out and replace it? The firewall is damaged a bit too from the fender well impacting it. Any advice is appreciated. I know a lot about how to fix cars but I have never dealt with a crashed car before. My Grandfather used to rebuild totaled cars back in the 60's and 70's as a hobby and assures me he's fixed worse, but he is 79 years old and in no condition to help right now.

Do you have a frame puller/Machine & experiance using one? Are you a certified body man or ICAR Certified? If not I'd take it to a body shop with frame machine & let them pull it. LEON.

Does it really matter? Because this belonged to a deceased friend I never plan on selling it. My insurance company doesn't care, they will insure it for agreed value.

I am going to have it professionally done, I don't mess with something like this, I guess my question is do you think it can be pulled back into shape or should I get a parts car and have that part cut off at the fire wall where the factory welds are and have the new one grafted on.

The damage that I see can be pulled. Not seeing it up close makes it a bit difficult keep in mind, pictures don't always tell the hole story.
After it being pulled IMO, it wouldn't be 100%. There will a lot of pulling and stretching metal that needs to be stronger than it will end up being. Re-enforcement maybe afterwards, like gussets or tube structure.
If it were mine, I would get a parts car and replace what is bent/wrinkled up metal. The job would go a lot faster if done that way, for me anyway.

Repair the minor bent stuff but replace the majorly bent stuff.

Not worth the trouble. I'd just have the whole car crushed and use it as a coffee table.  :o No, kidding, I guess repair it, somehow?
