One simple electrical question for stock 69 charger

I have one simple question for a bone stock 69 charger.

On a stock 69 charger can you turn the stock radio on without having the key in it?

I don't know of any car that can do that?  Especially from the 60's.

needs accesories source POWERED, and thats only with the key... you can modify though!

but it's an easy conversion

As others have said, not factory but easy to convert. I had an old Mustang that I did this to about 20 years ago.  By failing to remember to turn the radio off, I killed the battery.  I think it occurred twice before I converted back...
