I've got some pics from our picnic on Sunday, not a realbig turn out, but we had 6 cars. If the weather would of been a little nicer we would of had more.

Sometimes those smaller turnouts make for the best times anyway.  Nice and intimate.

It did end up being a great day. A little cold at first, but then the sun came out and it warmed up nice. Like we've said, your car doesn't need to be running, just come and visit and have fun. We've had more than one person there with there car in the garage in pieces.  :2thumbs:

Just don't offer up a '55 Chevy for it. He hates those cars. He traded one for that pile. :icon_smile_big:

Looks like a good time. Hopefully soccer won't interfere with next year and I can bring the Bee.

I`d love to own it but wouldn`t be willing to spend a ridiculous amount of money for it, just a mutually fair amount.

Ya I saw your post in cars wanted and started thinking "what if" I sold it, then I could probably by a nice driver car and not have to go through another restoration that I don't have time or money for right now with 3 kids under the age of 4.  But then I would probably regret selling it soon after and wish I hadn't.  That's why it would have to be a ridiculous amount of money to help ease the remorse, but I think the remorse would still be there.  Plus, like Jason Moody's "the colonel" this hillside hemi has grown on me, I've got big plans for it for Talladega 2009.  :scratchchin:
