Dash trim screws??

I've seen some Chargers that have nice Black (flush) screws holding the trim on.. My dash has all of these large(head) stainless screws, and I'd like to make them look normal..

Does anyone sell a kit , or should I just head to my local hardware store?

Here's a pic of a General I just took at a local car show.. His interior is done very tastefully, I like it!! But, notice the screws holding the fascia in place.

They come in the screw kits. If your Charger is missing alot of the origianl screws a kit is the way to go.
