THE COLONEL

I was looking to see what the prices are going for, for a new center I piece for The Colonel, and  I came across this auction on Ebay, and they are from Lake Villa, IL!  :eek2:  It probably is them, but can anyone confirm this?

I don't think it is. They've got 100% feedback with zero negative and only 3 neutral ratings in the past 12 months with nearly 600 transactions total. Doesn't sound like the hlpag I know.

rusty lee

If you look at their other auctions they are selling A body parts and E body. I thought hlpag just sold rusty chargers.

Something seems odd. Under the description of the grille trim there are photos of other auction items by the seller, "unique-fourever". They are titled "Check out these other items that I have on ebay right now!". I clicked on one, & the item is listed under a different seller, "nitrouspowered" who is someone I have bought from without any problems.

Why does a seller need 2 accounts?   :shruggy:

By the way, they don't say if the trim is aluminum or plastic, but I'm guessing aluminum.

Get your grille stuff from Gunslinger and there will be no worries.
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

Do you have their web site?  I went to search on Yahoo, and only came up with the shifter. :slap:

Leonidas Rex

There are other Mopar guys up there that sell alot at the swap meets that cannot stand HLPAG. Everyone fro Lake Villa is not HLPAG. I only say this because I purchased parts from a guy that lives near Lake Villa. The last I saw Hans he was buying up parts an a swap meet - business as usual. I hope the Illinois Attorney General will finally followthrough on the cases that they have mounting against them. From my sources, I understand that there are several.

bull

If I lived in Lake Villa and wanted to sell a Charger or Charger parts I think I'd have to move on principle.

Ghoste

Selling?  Just being a Charger fan and living near Hans and would creep me out.

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?
