A "451" engine for $350? Is it worth it?

Here is what the ad reads (grammatical errors are not mine ):

"1975 400 block bored 30 over 440 crank stock & pistons all machine work done engine is complete pan[truck style] to intake m1 with spacer exept bearings includes fuel pump[edelbrock]. I bought motor off e bay was supposed to be 550 hp but isn't pistons were not wrapped separetly when shipped. need to get out of my garage."

I don't have room for it, but if it is a good deal I could throw it in storage for a while. What do you all think? What questions would you ask? Thanks.

 Dang, sounds good to me.   Wish it was in the KC area. Your right, the add is a little confusing to read.
