I saw this on Yahoo, and the local news. They said something to do with wind patterns in the Gulf wont let it strenghten, even though the water is 88 degrees? :shruggy:

This is my new machine that has Vista.. There aren't too many other systems out there without it new... I took the snapshot capture with a downloadable freeware called King Kong... Pretty cool.. It's a window's version of the Linux application XV..

Sometimes you have upper winds that shear the tops off of developing Hurricanes and don't allow it to develop into it's fullest potential...

If your tunning vista, why does the tollbar look like something from Windows 98? ;D
I am using Vista on my computer, but I prefer Mac or Ubuntu Linux.

You can set your environment within Vista to mimic Windows XP, 98, etc...
