I would have left the car silver. A silver car with red interior and red wing/stripe would have been awesome.
Maybe I should buy it, return it to it's original color and ...never mind, I just remembered that I don't have that much money.

   as awesome as it looks      should go back to A4     , remember reading about this car in a mopar mag years a go  if its the same guy a buddy of his  has got a original EW1 white   with red interior  daytona

I know this car from Houston TX back when I lived there .It was Frank Allysons when it was at Memorial and highway 6 neighborhood area right near where I used to live.I seen it many times on Westheimer cruise nights in the 80s .Its a original silver car.Back when I seen it it had a quick silver floor shift and tinted windows and centerlines .It got sold came to NJ by Paddy D.Who sold it to George Harrison no not the beatle George H of Waynesburg PA.Its a bench seat automatic car its being in atleast one magazine.I got pictures of back in the day and the for sale ad from 1987.George sold his unfinished white on red daytona to Bill Stech .And had this one for a while .Good to see it again still intact after all those years.I dont it recall on having 37K miles it had more at the time I saw it .the other car in this combo 69 500 was thinking might have been John Arruzzis daytona.Here is the ad for this current ebay daytona from 1987-88

It's a center arm rest. To keep it simple, it's the piece you see in between the seats.

Centerlines tinted windows white hood treatment white wing .Owner at this time was friend Paddy D.later George had it Pa plate 69 wing was featured in high performance mopar 92 I recall george was sitting in the car wearing flip flops.I got the magazine somewhere.I was selective when I was looking at these cars for sale thru out the 80s .I wanted original and documentation.This one was $14K .I later found one for alot less and lot closer to home

Buckets seats were all that were available in any model '69 Charger, only optional were leather buckets...

I can only recall seeing one column automatic daytona.A original A4 silver.I have its vin and other info I recorded from it.I saw it in Houston TX.It later got sold in 87 in TX .Then it came to the east coast .And I saw it again .And met the guy who had it in NJ  was Pat D had owned it. and sold it to George.Who turned out to be the guy who sold my friend. Bill the white on red on daytona seen in supercars book.his name was George Harrison like the famous beatle  .He had the car in a mopar magazine 80- or 90s wearing PA plates 69 WING XX29L9B402971.When George had it was black with tinted windows centerlines.And after market floor shifter.
