Correct... as far as I know. They should be available soon but you'll have to keep checking with AMD or one of their distributors.

Sarcasm detector, that's a real good invention.

You can't try something that has yet to hit the market.

There's also a thread somewhere that shows them on a car I believe.
Also, I just got my passenger fender today and besides the shipping company putting a little scratch in it  :RantExplode: it looks absolutely amazing!
Ill be putting it on Thursday.

I just got mine last week and they are now hung on the car.  They are great.  The metal is great quality.  The body guy was really impressed over panels he had seen for other makes.  There was one issue, but it was an easy fix.  Today the body guy is blocking the first coat of primer on the front clip.  Can't wait for the quarters so we can finish it out.

I also have purchased both front fenders and hood. It was about $2000 for these parts, but worth EVERY penny. I cant believe the quality tooling AMD has. The bends and contours are just like oem. I paid $1600 last year for a rust free set of 69 fenders. They had many many dents that needed hours of work. I decided after I wasted all that money to buy AMD ones instead. I also paid $900 two years ago for a hood that was supposed to be rust free and the front edge was rotted to hell and I lost all that money also. Then I bought the AMD hood. I also paid $600 for a NOS front valance panel because the goodmark is junk. Then AMD comes out with one for $200. I wish I knew the AMD parts were coming. I would have waited for them and saved $3100 from buying used crappy parts. Now Im saving for a paint job, if I did not waste $$  on those crap ebay parts I would have the car painted already.

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

I hate to complain, but I will.   :icon_smile_big:  I had issues with the placement of the park light and the fitting on the front of the hood and cowl.  It seemed as if the one I had was just misstamped if that is a word.  It wasn't off a lot and was fixed with relative ease, but it was not perfect.  This was on the drivers side.  The passenger was pretty close to perfect though.  I didn't call AMD because I didn't want to mess with the headache of returning and getting a new one.  I am sure they would have replaced, but it was easier to just fix the one I had.  I would highly recommend these.  I hope the quarters are of equal quality.

Ryan

they probably would have just sent you a new one. AMD has been really easy going about messed up parts. I had had issues with everything I have purchased from them, but they have taken care of me every time.

Ryan, what problems did you have with what AMD parts?  Just wondering.

gasoline_24

I am sure they would have, but some of it was discovered after it was too late.

broken glass in my glass kit (shipers fault) they sent me a new window next day

Rear bumper fit like garbage- they refunded my money as they all fit that way

Weld on nut cert broke when installing the hood just I after I got it painted, they offered a new hood or to pay for repairs.

There products do have some issues, but they are working on fixing them, and they take care of their costomers.  :2thumbs: for AMD
