Power steering pump?

I'm putting a '71 383 in my Charger. On Ebay and whatnot, I'm seeing two different kinds of power steering pumps for the 383, the one with the 3 spoke pulley and the one with the smooth pulley. What's the difference? Will either work? Which is generally cheaper? Can brackets be found for both easily?

Here's another link on the subject. None of the links had info on the Federal style pumps, but yours being a '71 should be a Saginaw pump anyway. There are several types of brackets used for different vehicles, don't know if there is a difference between A/C and non A/C though.
