To get a long story short(had allot of problem with shipping and customs) it was time to pick the RT/SE up at the unloader.
And there she stood, i couldent get the grin of my face to finally get behind the wheel and head for home. This was all to great to be true... :-\ After putting some more gas in the tank i headed for home, but after like 10 miles i cant get a higher gear than 2 and while trying and it over heats :icon_smile_dissapprove:
I had to take a car transport(since the distance home was like 500 miles) and he drove it to a town like 50 miles from home.... So far so good, it stands in a big garage and i fix the shifter and heads for home for the second time. After like 20 miles in rain the Charger just dies doing 55mph :brickwall: Happen nothing by turning the key. I change the battery... still dead....i hotwire it in to diffrent ways... still dead.... :brickwall: I tried get it running by pulling after a car but just plain dead... All this in heavy rain :flame:
So now it stands at a parking space 20 miles from home, tomorrow i will pull it home and start to try to figur it out.. :scratchchin:

Got her home yesterday. I have tried diffrent lose ends(looking throu the engine harness) since its obvious that is a electrical problem. Lights and horns and stuff work as they should, but when i turn the key its just dead. I have tried to put power on the coil but its still dead, gonna try to just put power on the starter just to see that its not the starter, coil and stuff is the problem, them i can go from front to back with the electrical.... Im sure that it is a easy thing its just figuring it out :icon_smile_big: And yes its rain today to :rotz:

Look VERY carefully over the bulkhead connector, inside and out.... Also,, check your amp gauge to make sure it isn't fried..... Try turning over the motor by doing the ole' strarter-replay by-pass test...  (this is if you have no power to the starter).....

Progress have been made, but still problems left. After checking every cable and connections it was still dead, but now i can hotwire it by putting power on the coil, can it be the ignition switch? Even thou it wont start. Points and the distributor looks ok. Amp gauge stands on 0. How does it work when the ignition control is broke?
This is starting to get:brickwall:

tried to ground the starter relay to the firewall? the trans ground isnt always that good...

edit: nevermind, my bad, missed a post..

Without reading this all again let me ask, have you put power directly to the coil and been able to start the motor?

Have you been able to jump across the starter relay to turn it over??

Have you checked the neutral safety switch??
