Ok, now that I have your attention, I HAVE NOT purchased anything from them yet.. But I was ready... Until tonight, when the wife was digging and found you guys (and a LOAD) of other bad stuff online..

I was about to buy a '69 R/T GL from them that they just finished "restoring".

I've read a few things already, but I need the truth here..

And I have yet to READ anything good about them.. It leaves me wondering how they are still in business after all these years?!?! Are so many people eager to buy their dream-cars sight unseen that it keeps these guys afloat??

I would not call the cars they sell restored.       They sell overpriced rust buckets to people that don't have a clue as to what to look for.      Don't buy a thing from them.   Just keep reading some of the other post here and you will understand.

Thanks guys!! I guess my quest to be in the DodgeCharger owner's group has been set back a bit. 

Funny thing is I've asked a million questions, been on the phone with them AT LEAST 30 times and have received tons of photos, inside and out.. I've done everything short of flying out there..

It's funny though, everything I've read, even down to small things like their delivery person, is what I'm being told..

If you do a search on this site for HLPAG you should see a TON of stories about some of their antics, you may want to search airborne silva (one word?), he is a member here that had one of the worst (recent) experiences. Unlike you he didnt find us until after he bought.

That answered your question about why they still are in buisness right there. You are not alone in vette-land!!!!!

Do your self a favor, and stay clear of those guys. There are a lot of horror stories about their dealings here on the board.
Take your time, and find another car. If you want a GL, one of the guys here is selling a nice one, with Hemi. If it is something else, look around for a while, and you will find somthing down your alley
