Looking for a breather cap

I am looking for a twist on breather cap with the nipple for the hose to the air cleaner.  I have the Mopar Performance valve covers and can't seem to find this breather.  I have seen them on many cars but nobody knows where to get them.  If anybody has a part number or know where I can get one let me know.

What size engine do you have and are the valve covers the chrome stamped steel type or the aluminum ones?
I have part numbers for "A" engine stuff.

I have the mopar alloy covers on mine and the same breather but its a push in one, If you purchase the grommet set for the covers you can use the push in one , i have never seen that one in the twist on style with the pipe

The one that I have is a push in type that you see in the pic below.
Mancini racing has pics of different breather caps for 'B' motors but I didn't see a twist on type. The only twist on they have listed is a bottom vented type.
