craigandlynda

wife's car when i met her was a 74 nova...had been paintedby brush, looked like she and her sister and painted it with a whisk broom...i was running a repair garage at the time, which was good because she wnated a reason to come see me- the nova gave plenty of reasons...

best part was when the quarter had a rust hole develop...tapped the area w a small hammer., and a huge wad of bondo fell out...it had been backed up with a wad of window screen, which was held in place by an old kitchen spatula...

btw, am searching for location of a piece of music from mid-late 1990's, that was a parody of the rock hit, champagne super nova---it's called "crappy chevy nova"...

perhaps a new thread crappy bodywork devices is in order...
"Frankie" Truck Mister Todd's '69 had, or is it has?..  :shruggy:  a genuine STOP sign filling in literally and figuratively for a patch panel..
