Fender tag code question

I decoded the fender tag on my '69 SE and I have a question regarding the build date. On the fourth row of the tag, next to the color codes, is the build date code of 8 22. Is this 1968 or 1969. I'm trying to figure out if they built '69 models that late in '69. The sequence # is 110413. It's a Hamtramck car.

cool thanks. My original 383 block is missing, if I get anal enough to want to restore it as close to stock as possible, I should look for a block cast in the summer of '68 I guess. That was the main reason I was asking.
