I kind of did it as a cost savings also.  I really felt the redlines were sketchy on a weekend getaway they are like 10 years old and somewhat flat spotted.  I bought the P215/70R14 wsw Goodyears for 73 a tire.  I figured I wanted to do some longer weekend drives and not worry.  Thanks for the compliments.  I would really like to go with the Kelsey Hayes wheels on my 69 Coronet R/T but wow 1800 for the reproductions!

Expensive no kidding!  But then not a lot of people are running them because of that reason, and your car will stand out more.  They sure are nice...

The car looks very nice with the full wheel covers (not to be comfused with hub caps which are the same thing as what we today call dog dishes).......  If you have the extra dinero, go ahead and get some 15x7 steelies, paint them white and find some nice hub caps.....

I like the wheel covers. They look good with the car and they are originals. If I could I would have about 8 different wheel and tire combinations. A person get's tired of the same ole look. I'd rather see those at a show than another set of Torg- Thrusts.  :2thumbs:
