I spoke to Keith online and a woman on the phone today . . . picked up a Silia aluminum radiator from them for $285 shipped. Personally, Keith appeared VERY busy and we even discussed this after I got broke off a couple times before like Back N Black did. I would ask a question on an item, talk back and forth a couple times almost instantly, then get broke off. Once he gave me their phone number though, things got much easier. I think he's just very busy. I'm not sure if it was his wife on the phone but the woman that I talked to was VERY pleasant to deal with and Keith even stopped what he was doing in the shop to talk to me real quick about what radiator I needed. Unless my rad doesn't show up **crosses fingers** , I can't say anything negative about them.

Incase anyone was wondering, I have not been around because I sold my car this spring.   What can I say, the economy sucks...

Anyway...  I am bumping this thread because I received a message from another person who apparently read this (unfortunately a little too late it seems) and told me that they are getting the shaft from Keith and Kathy right now for a rather large sum of money.  I'm not going to go into specifics, because I dont know them.   If they decide to reply here that is their choice.   Either way, I hope people do their research and this thread serves as a warning enough to keep someone from getting screwed somewhere along the line...

I rememeber Keith. I sold him a lot of parts several years ago down in London. I dropped everything off at his house. Thats where he runs his business, out of his garage.

Same garage as I remember - although it's probably been 5 years since I was there. As far as I know, they are not in business - at least not doing customer restorations.

I would think it'd be worth $80 to keep your reputation in good order.  if it were me i'd take a pill and send him the $40 (signed service so you know it gets there) and save face. Each to their own tho, i guess they are playing the numbers game. 1 or 2 out of the number of customers lost.

It's a shame more people didn't believe me when I said they screwed me over, but I would say there is more than enough evidence now to show these peoples true characters.  I hope you guys can get some of your stuff back but I wouldn't hold my breath.

I thought quite a few years back they were up to no good by some saying they were ripped off on eBay from them. No telling how many accounts they went through. I guess treating some like kings and others like he did confused some with his reputation. He's probably in debt pretty bad to be doing things like he has. Nobody's probbably gonna get anything back from him in full. All the stuff he has is probably someone else's. The more people jump in and sue him it will be a satisfaction of seeing him behind bars then getting any money back. I guess they could take his property but I'm sure his wife will claim to be innocent and has stake in the property. I guess the property would be worthless to them as well if it was burnt to the ground.

This thread started a year and a half ago. Lots of things have changed since then - like the business apparently parting out all the customers cars. I don't think you'll find too many people sticking up for them at this point - even if their dealings in the past went smoothly (like mine).

Kathy emailed me about a week ago, said she had read this thread and that she had never spoken to me before about the money Keith promised me.  She said she would send me the check, and it showed up yesterday as promised.  So, thank you for coming through, I appreciate it.
