Hello everyone,
is anyone familiar with Randy Mopars in Fitchburg Massachusetts?
It looks like he restores and sells Mopars and other brand cars
I'm interested in a car he has for sale but am 1,000+ miles away and am Leary of long distance descriptions and money transactions
any one know this guy?
Thanks
Scott

I know him. He's usually pretty honest, doesn't misrepresent anything, but he is as high priced as any other dealer nowadays- didn't used to be that way. I've looked at things he's had for sale over the years, but never actually bought anything from him. Everything I looked at was as he described. He does very little in the way of actual restoration work, either. Mostly just buys and resells. Let me know if you need something looked at- I'm less than an hour away from him.

I haven't been to his new shop- he did very little resto work last I knew, but I haven't seen him in a couple of years- last time I actually talked to him was in Carlisle 2 years ago. Checked out his website- looks like he has some nice stuff in his inventory.

I drove out to his shop to look at a dark green, '70 Sport Satellite with vinyl top, bucket seats, console, & a 383. This was a few years ago before I bought my '70 Road Runner. He seemed like a decent guy & the car was okay & pretty much as described. It had a nice repaint on a solid car, but priced a bit too high considering it would have still needed more mechanical work, including an engine rebuild, in the not too distant future.
