OK folks, it's been a long time in the works but our Charger quarter panels have finally been approved for production. Below is a picture of one of our test fit samples. You can see that we fit it along with our upcoming Charger roof skin. Our first panels should start showing up in about 50-60 days. Give us a call if you have any questions.

We are waiting on another sample of the roof skin you see in the picture.  It had a couple things that need to be fixed before we approve it.  Realistically, we're probably looking at late October or November on the roof skins.

Unfortunately, this is the only picture my R&D guy brought to me.  Sorry about that.  The next pictures you see should be of the production pieces.   :yesnod:

Nitrousn, really not the place for that.  SORRY should have AMD brought a poor fitting bad product to market?  Then get complaints of them no fitting correctly.  I am sure CBD are great, I too have thought of them.  But this is not a thread a bout that either.

This just is not the place for it.

My point was about the 50 to 60 day wait. Thats the same thing I was personally promised 15 months ago. If a guy can wait then fine. If your tired of waiting and the promises I would go with the CBD.

I thought the CDB panels were over $1200.
If so, that would be reason enough for me to wait.

AMD stuff is real nice and might be worth the wait IMO. :Twocents:

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

FLG

Looks great....so when i finally can afford my 2nd gen ill be ready  :D

But for now is there anything being planned for us 3rd gen owners? I think were all dying for a power bulge hood and some fenders.

69*F5*SE

Good news for those who have been waiting.   :yesnod:   I'd like to know what gauge metal they are?

gasoline_24

I ordered my 68 fenders, glass and quarters two weeks ago.  The fenders and other parts look great.  I can't wait until you package up my quarters and get them on the truck.   :drool5:

Mopar2Ya

Great news. Thank you for making these needed parts. Don't forget '70 front fenders/etc.

to answer doug and FLG, i asked jeremy the same question some time ago here was his reply it looks like the more "popular" models will be first maybe later some third gen stuff?

Right now we don't have any plans for 3rd gen Chargers.  Sorry about that.  We are focusing our beginning efforts on the more popular model years.  After that, though, it is very possible that we begin to do some 3rd gen stuff.  When that is, I don't know.  The 400+ parts I mentioned will trickle out over the next 3-9 months and they are for A, B and E-body models.  Again, the more popular model years being the main focus first.  Don't swear us off, though.  If things go the way we expect them to with our first round of products, we will definitely venture out.  There are a lot of factors that go into the decision to make certain parts, though, so hopefully nothing will get in the way of deciding to pursue some 3rd gen parts.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Take care,

I think they are doing 71 RR quarters, but nobody wants to touch 3rd gen charger's for whatever reason maybe they dont think it will sell? I agree with you though i would have thought A bodies were even less popular...
