Yes, I had one, but I had it when I was too young to know what the hell I was doing with it.  :eek2:

I may have gotten it as a Christmas present when I was 6 or 7 years old, I think? I opened everything up after tearing off gift wrapping paper, then either lost important parts, or left the liquid plastics open so they dried up & became useless.   :lol:

I had one similar but it used 3x3 sheets of plastic that were heated and then a hand pump pulled a vacuum to form the panels.  IIRC it had some car bodies as part of the package.
It heated that plastic hot enough to burn (don't ask how I know :'()

I had one that melted metal pellets to make little figures and such....
