Hey Pete I need help paying for it...        :nana:              I think I'm going to Go with Squire's wiring and 'puter - - -    I still need to buy a flywheel for this pig too....     UGH!

So if a SB 727 bolts up to a late hemi, will a late model overdrive bolt up to an LA motor?? Or are there issues with converter and F-plate?? Also what about the late tranny electronics? Problem or no?

Which late model OD? The A518 came stock behind the 5.2 and 5.9 Magnum since the early 90s so they'll bolt to any LA ever made. I can't remember which transmission is behind the new Hemi but I seem to recall that it is larger and I'm not sure how easy it would be to get it to fit in one of our old cars. All the new transmissions are electronically controlled by the engine PCM but you can get an older A518 that can function without an engine computer.
