Converting to a 4 speed - console modifications?

I am wanting to convert my console shift automatic on my 69 charger to a 4 speed.

There's a fellow on ebay that sells what appears to be the whole kit to do this for around $2k.

I'm wondering if there are any modifications I need to do to the console or if it is the same console as what I have?

As always, appreciate the advice from the members of this board.

You'll have to remove a small section of the driver's side of the console to make room for the offset 4 speed shift handle.   You can purchase the modified piece that attaches to the console to cover the hole.

does his kit include a new steel tunnel, or fiberglass? let us know which, and how the whole thing goes...

Yep, it includes a steel hump.  Seems like a pretty straight forward installation.

Thanks for the replies and I'll follow this up when done.
