Manifold to Muffler pipe question!

1974 Charger SE 318-727-2bbl

Right now i have manifolds and i want headers, but i don't have the time/equipment to install them. The reason i'm doing this is the first place is my pipe from the manifolds to the muffler is leaking badly, and will not pass PA inspection.

I have single exhaust.

What is this part called? Y-pipe?
Where can i get one?

Is there a Manifold-back dual exhaust system?

Check out the Accurate Limited website.  They should have what you need.

I have heard that a dual exhaust is cheaper than getting a single due to the Y pipe, just something to look into.

Accurate Limited has NOTHING for a 74 with a 318, but thanks for the try.
