Did any Daytonas have leather seats with head rest from the factory?

As TT stated - Just the inserts in the front seats - not on the headrests though.

If you have any pics of leather Daytona seats with head rest, I would love to see them.  Larry made my Daytona from a 69 RT/SE so it came with leather interior, he has kindly offered to install the vynil headrest, but was woried the vynil head rest might conflict with the leather seats.  I like the look of the head rest, but if no Daytona came from the factory with leather seats sporting vynil head rest.  I was considering leaving them off :shruggy: Any thoughts or pictures of examples would be appreciated?

When the seat covers and headrests are in good condition, you will hardly notice a difference... I would without a doubt keep them. A picture might not do it justice......

Almost 30 years ago I had a 1969 Charger SE with the a mint interior that I believe was original. The leather inserts were only in the front seats & the headrests were vinyl. Currently I have an interior for my Charger project that was removed from a Charger parts car, & it's the same set up with leather inserts & vinyl headrests.  :Twocents:

I agree, since all Daytonas had headrests. :yesnod: :yesnod: :2thumbs:

That's right. A '69 Charger without headrests is like a Charger Daytona without a wing...... Ewwwww

A Daytona without a wing, would be a Charger 500 with a nose right? Yeah your right that wouldn't look good at all.
