What do you recommend? and why?
I don not use the car in any cold weather conditions, I tried to found any old treads about it, but didn't.
What was the reason for Chrysler to use ATF in manual transmissions?

If you're not using your car in the winter, then SAE90 is the way to go.   My friend who lived in Wisconsin had a Super Bee when he got out of the service.  He had to switch to ATF in the winter, so the transmission would shift in sub zero weather.
