Torsion Bar Install Question

Putting my torsion bars back.  My question is , when you install them, the front adjuster arm in the LCA can be in various positions depending on position of Hex anchor.  The arm can be almost standing straight up towards the hood ( this point the adjuster screw would have to be put all the way in to starting making contact) or you can have it all the way down ( Basically sitting on the adjusting bolt anchor )  or in between?  Where should it be? I have read a bunch of install write ups but none seem to mention anything about this?

Suspension hanging, bar lock arm will be almost resting on a fully loosened adjuster bolt. (3 or 4 threads through). Slide the bar through and up to the arm, you will see where the lever needs to be. Apply some grease to the bar hex to make it simple. Should literally slide in effortlessly.

Jeff basically the lower control arm should be hanging down , as far as you can get it to line up with the hex
Idea is that torsion bars are under load it's in the service manual
Aftermarket bars ?
Keep in mind that these are your front springs so they have to be under pressure,
You should have to put a trolley jack under your lower control arm with torsion bar installed to connect spindle bottom arm to top ball joint
Does this make sense ?

Ok so the adjusting arm should be down . Thanks .

The rest of the suspension is together just putting the torsion bars in . Stock r/t bars

How did you go with this Jeff
If you got it wrong
You just will have the front sitting low , and no amount of adjusting to torsion bars will help
The hole arm had to be hanging down ,
Just read your reply and wondered if you understood
