glad i was 19 when i was....i bought a new 67 gtx for about $3300...the other choice i had considered, tho, was a pontiac- 67 GTO for about the same dough. then my friends chided me for even thinking about something other than a mopar...they said "Pontiac? You know what Pontiac stands for? Poor Old Nitwit Thinks Its A Cadillac (P.O.N.T.I.A.C.). Then a girlfriend told me I should buy the GTO, because the Monkees had one....that was the end of the decision making process...i got a new GTX, and a new girlfriend!
