No I don't take "Karate" I consider it a wanna be form of self defence with no particle aspect to it. I take Brazilian Jiu Jitsu along with Thai Boxing.

On that same note. Looking like Arnold "Muscle Head" or not wouldn't be bad at all...  Most people don't think you can have you cake and eat it to but their is no rule stating that you cant be big and be a great martial artist.

To date, no one has matched him in bodybuilding titles which he parlayed into very successful endorsement deals and then to other business ventures...all while LEARNING ENGLISH!!!! The guy had more drive in him than I could ever hope to have. Even without the acting, he woulda been EXTREMELY successful.

In addition, he has married into the MOST PROMINENT Democratic family in the country and is still a Republican governor.

Plus, he is in better shape at 55 than 95% of 40 -year-olds.

But I'll tell you one thing...his wife sure is NASTY looking.

Alot of people think body building is as simple as take some steroids and get huge and hope for the best. I have a couple friends who body build and if you saw the amount of work it took it would make some martial arts training look like a joke.
