All those close ups and he couldn't get one of the blond in the front seat?   :lol:

Nice looking car but I would have to black out around the tail lights.

I was going to say its a nice looking 68 Charger, with 2 women riding in the car. But I was beat to the punch.

I'm not a big fan of orange on a 68 but with the white vinyl top  :2thumbs:

Im pretty sure the guy is local! If this is the same car Ive seen it three times, ones while at a body shop out on West Creek Road (which is now burned to the ground), once at a show and shine couple years ago, and now this time. Still haven't met the owner to invite him here.

Ok now Im going to tell you a story and this JUST might be the same car....

Many years ago a guy who ran/owned a local cement company had a warehouse on the cement plant property filled to the brim with restored cars! I don't even know them all but there was about 30 or something it total (number might slightly be exaggerated). Anyways one day the warehouse burns to the ground will all the cars inside. One of these cars was a 2nd Gen Charger! The reason I know is because the cement factory is next to the garbage dump and sitting in the yard of the cement factory were the burned out hulks of a couple cars, one was this 2nd Gen Charger (nothing left but a blacked skeleton). Then one day as Im driving by the burned out wrecks are gone. Story goes that his employees all got together and raised enough money to restore just one of these burned out cars. Now the time line fits that this might have been the car I seen being restored out West Creek Road....

I guess we will need to wait and find out if the owner comes online!

Daddy ran whiskey in a big black dodge
bought it at an auction at the masons lodge,
Johnson County Sherriff painted on the side,
just shot a coat of primer then he looked inside,
well him and my uncle tore that engine down,
I still remember that rumblin' sound.....

Damn nice tyre combo too, anyone here could guess the dimensions on the tyres and rims?
Greetings from Belgium, the beer country

NOS is nice, turbo's are neat, but when it comes to Mopars, there's no need to cheat...

Just a guess here, but I'll say...

Front = 15x7 rim with P235/60R15's
Rear = 15x10 rim with P295/50R15's running 4.5" backspacing.

Well, those are MY dimensions anyway and his look very simular.

I see something behind a concrete pumper truck.  Not sure where the fire truck is in the picture?  :shruggy:
