seat bolts

I know most people would say use carriage bolts.  but is any one making reproduction bolts for seats. i know they make the nuts with the star washers   i would like to get them as close to originals

IIRC they are studs that are welded into the seat tracks......they aren't separate bolts

i saw they were spot welded on.  what is iirc.  is that a supplier or a type of stud   do you think i can use a stick welder an spot them back on.
