Looking for an engine guru in Charlotte - 68RT 440

After sitting under a tarp in Maine for 3 years I was finally able to move my car - and my family to Charlotte, NC. I have a decent 2-car garage and a few tools. But I lack the pure engine knowhow of my dad who built the engine from scratch. My current issue is that I have flames shooting from the carb. I posted the problem last year in the forum but I wasn't able to do anything.
Please reply to this post if you have the time and the expertise to help me. I really could use some guidance.

Cool video. Great color too! I love blue Chargers with white vinyl tops and interiors (and stripes).

I'm moving this to the engine section though so more of mechanically minded guys will see it.

Flames from the carb usually means it's misfiring. Check your timing and make sure the carb isn't flooding.
