looks like the nylon locks that hold the glass onto the track...they may be old ones that someone left in there

      me too      dismantaled every last nut / bolt  /screw & clip  on mine also   during the resto  ! did not have any of them    ..only think it looks like ..is  what (UFO) posted ..............

Could also just be junk that a line worker had in his hand or pocket for the next or last vehicle coming down the line.  For that matter, it could even be something he was hanging onto for a "government project".
