Were they available in both column and floor shift versions?

no floor shift, only column... only with one style steering wheel

they aren't exactly rare

If you have no vision or creative spirit, you can always fall back on the way the factory did it.

the wheel doesn't bother me near as bad as the GIANT SQUARE INDICATOR
