Thanks
Work is for free, sure takes time but what you gonna do when the wallet is empty. And there is one more thing with those AMD, freight for a pair was $1200(express air they wont send with other service), so there is just like $2400 for fenders+shipping and then there is a Swedish customsfee on 30%. I can buy a whole resto car for that kind of money...and then have allot of others parts :icon_smile_big:

Would it be cheaper to have someone from here buy the fenders and send them to you a differant shipper?

I won't be wronged, I wont be Insulted and I wont be laid a hand on. I don't do these things to others, and I require the same from them.

Thats worth checking up BigBlockSam. Update now is that the driverside Quarterpanel  and trunkfloor is being cut out, will post some pictures later on. Allso the Rocker on the passagerside is to be changed(looked to bad when was put down to bare metal). This is getting to be a full resto :scratchchin:

Fantastic work, glad you're feeling better.  Keep them pictures flowing.
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

ChargerSG

Thanks. I sure will 1969ChargerRTSE.
Now the trunk gutters is finished, was really bad. Same with backwindow area, only the paint kept in place(pics later when finished).
When worked on the driverside quarter it was discoverd that the tail(from tankfiller to end) was higher, so it has to be pulled first to get it in level and then cut it out and try to get it together, since the rest of the quarter is fresh i wont change the whole quarter.

ChargerSG

Thanks Tantop. The progress now is the rear glass area, once the glass was out and cleaning started it had some sever rust on the passangerside. Down in the corner it was the worse place only the paint keep it in place, sure not a new place on a Charger do get cancer in but it was all the way around(not as bad as the corner but anyway).
But now that thing is saved to.
Have started by cleaning a door to the driverside(since it smashed on the inside with my body, door looks like a banana), got hold of a fair door locally(and thats is a miracle here).
Show goes on... :icon_smile_big:

Now the Quarterpanel on the passangerside is saved, is glad that i could be saved insted of changing the quarter. The passangerside is much better in metal comperd to the driverside that is banged up bad and rusty.
Now the trunkfloor is cut out, and the show goes on... :scratchchin:

After cutting out the trunkfloor and pulled that frame leg in the back down(had moved up like 2" on driverside). It now has a new trunkfloor. Sure the Charger is getting a serious resto but my money is going fast now, and soon the bank is empty again with the feeling of getting nowhere(even do if its progressing just fine). And now a year is gone :yesnod:

Oh you are making progress even if you are running out of money.  We all are running out of money.  You could sell off one of your other cars to finish this one maybe?..??   :shruggy:  Or just keep your stick on the ice and it will get done sooner or later.

ChargerSG

Progress without money is that i do all the work myself, and that takes longer time and i get result that im not satisfied with(since im not a really good metal guy).
My plan was to sell this Charger and keep the others(or mayby keep this one to since i know every inch of this Charger) but time will tell.... :scratchchin:

Now the quarter on the driverside is saved :yesnod: Since the half quart i bought dident match the Charger at all(both to short and wrong in wheelwhel) i to had to throw that junk away and have a metalguy make one. Getting the hole for the quarter light right was like :brickwall:
Anyway is almost there in the rear now, just get rearvalance area finished and paint the trunk, havent looked this good for a year ;)
