I always equated it with sending the newbie to get the bucket of steam in the kitchen storeroom or the board stretcher from tool box.

Gutter Snipe is the lowest form of living creature in a given area.  Street dweller maybe.

In the navy we would send the newbies to different squadrons looking for 100 feet of flight line quite a bit.

Anyways, she's a little crooked in the front end, hopefully she doesn't get hit by a sniper there or she'll fly around the room like a deflating balloon.  But, she could still have me if she wanted.
