Forward Light Harness and Engine Harness

Is the Forward Light Harness on a '73 Charger the same as a '71 (YO part number: HU234B)?  I've got fender mounted turn signals, not sure if that makes a difference.  I'm trying to buy through Year One.  They have one for '73 PLYMOUTH B-body models excluding 4 door and station wagons.  Would this be the right one for the Charger?  I'm assuming not, but just making sure.  Also, for engine harness, should I go through Year One or Evans Wiring?  I've heard good things about Evans, again, just making sure.

Thanks guys!

No.

Reasons:
-starter relay location, at a side of batt on 71s
-Parking lights with rubber L plugs like elect dist kind.

Plymouths are not the same, cause the parking lights are separated plastic sockets from the housing that are on harness and then inserts on parking light housing, like the A bodies

What about a '74 Charger?  Anything funky between the '73 and '74?

yes:

the yellow starter relay wire is located on forward light harness and the brown washer reservoir wire is located on engine harness on 73s, both untaped as far I remember.

on 74 these two wires were switched from harnesses due the START reset button of interlock wiring system, needing to be located on engine harness. Then the washer reservoir brown wire is now located on forward lighning harnesss, and starter relay yellow wire on engine harness but running first to reset button at a side of ECU, then running back to relay.

Engine harness does have also two extra wires under the tape, one blue wire spliced from the main engine source and other one from one of the wiper motor stud to provide the ground to reset button. Both are in fact sources to reset button. These wires won't get the bulkhead plug, just run allong the harness

Another diff could it be the parking lights wires and plugs. Dunno if in USA but the fact is on my 74 the forward harness does provide a wired ground source for the parking lights, splicing from same ground wires to headlights, using then a 3 prongs plug. 73 harness doesn't provide a wired ground to parking lights so plug is the T shaped with 2 prongs.

On my car at least the parking lights does still have same two wires to positive signals but no wired ground, so they have the three prongs kind plug to match with harness, but one cavity empty, so the harness wired ground arrives to nowhere.

I recently got a pretty decent 74 forward harness with just couple of plugs cut. My original harness did it have lot of repaired wires so this was the opportunity to get a complete harness wiring with no splices from end to end except for the cut plugs for low headlights. Since this harness doesn't provide the wired ground to parking lights  BUT my parking lights doesn't have that wire either I simply changed the plug for the T kind on my parking lights. Also removed the washer wire from my old harness and replaced for the starter relay wire location ( what was out of the original tape), then taped over the original tape up to washer.
