A good set of 15" Vector wheels on some old ferd pickup dressed up for Halloween at the car show at Mills Mansion today ::)

I was trying my best to wheel and deal them from these folks today too but the guy's wife didn't want to give'em up.
Best I could do was "maybe in the spring".  :P

They were some wide ones too.   I'd have given some good $ for them.

On a Black Charger those would look sweeet!... That Ferd needs to be wearing basic painted steelies with baby moons.

Hopefully by spring the reissues will be on the market. It will be nice to buy a great looking set right out of box for reasonable (compared to current values) money.

I'd find out if there's any other rims he really likes and would put on his truck.  Maybe you can work out some type of swap if he'd go for that.

Didn't think of that... then again I didn't get past the wife yet either.   And I didn't have a tape measure on me either  :P    Don't know what the backspacing on them was either - that could be all messed up too.

5 on 5's...  reissues... dang... brain overload...   :icon_smile_dead:
How am I ever gonna get to be some big time ebay flipper  :-[

I used to have an old Ford truck like that-it had the huge 5 or 5 1/2 inch lug pattern...truck is long gone, but I've still got the pair of 15X10 Cragars I bought to stuff under the back of it ::)

It was pretty creative for them to decorate for Halloween.        I'm not gonna rag on them for the truck... to each their own... heck I've seen worse... a lot worse   :o   .      I just wanted the wheels so I could flip'em - they even had the centercaps!

Painted steelies and dog dishes would look better on a Charger, too.  Maybe it's just me, but Vectors don't do a thing for me.  Our friend Jeroen in the Netherlands is a man among men when it comes to restos.   Have you guys seen his car?  I mean, that baby is positively one of the finest anywhere.  But for me, those wheels kill the look.  Stock is always nice for classics, and for aftermarket options, Cragars give a nice period correct look.  Just my 2 cents, don't want to start WWIII.
