361 same as 383 and 400 ?

I wonder, if the 361 is the same block as the 383 / 400.
Is the only difference the bore size?
The cranks are all the same as far as I know.

The block is basically the same.  There were minor differences over the years that make some more preferable than others but none that preclude swapping blocks around.  As for cranks, there are several different crankshafts that were used so you can't just swap those without a care.  Each crank will fit in each block but some were forged and some were cast so you have to have the right parts at either end of it.
