Even though I just wanted to discuss it and get your opinions, and the first line of my post says "I've been tossing this idea around for a while, what do you guys think? and in the stickey in the for sale section states:
"These sections are not discussion forums so all comments, criticisms, and irrelevant posts will be removed."
I was moved anyway, oh well.....

keep the 71... be different, everyone wants a 68-70, blaah, a dime a dozen.  the only thing i would change on your 71 is upgrade that puppy to a 8 3/4...  8 1/4's with your build scare me :D

Yeah, I did, that info is later in the post:

"8.75 489 case posi rear with 4:30 gears. Weld pro star rims & Mickey Thompson Sportsman pro tires,"

The 8 1/4 was the original (that I still have).
