Okay, so I'm going with a manual front disc/rear drum setup on my car. I acquired a Master Power Brakes adjustable manual brake pushrod secondhand (not used though) so the little bushing on the end has already been installed, and we all know they brake upon removal. Therefore, I was wondering if anyone had measurements of an original manual brake pushrod so that I could just adjust the MPB one to that length and be good to go? Would that work? The MC is for a '74 Dart.

approx 6 1/2" overall length will be very close the problem is the length of the end inside the rear of the cylinder , ok I am back you lose 1/2 to the rear of the reatiner groove so about 6" from the rear of the seal that locks the rod in place
