New 69 Charger Fuse Panel Difference

I am still rebuilding my dash, and decided to go with the Year One supplied dash harness.  It looks great, and I used my old harness as a guide as to where all the accessory wiring connections went on the back of the fuse panel.

Now the problem. I have noticed a difference in a wire that is present in the original fuse panel, that is not in the repop.

Looking at the panel from the rear, there is a black wire that connects the first blade/fuse (Radio) to the third blade (Acc) on the original fuse block, that is not on the repop fuse block.

Additionally, the base metal strip plate that joins the 1st & 2nd fuses on the original, extends to the 3rd fuse on the repop.

Now the common sense idea would be that the repop fuse panel eliminated the "jumper wire" from Radio to ACC by extending the lower metal strip.

Anyone out there who can confirm my hypothesis?

Thanx,
Mike

You are correct.

The top part in the picture is the "feed" before its fused to go to whatever.
