I didnt see any transmission leaks (there was a curious noise though, not sure location), but his front preoiler was leaking a little. Here is a shot before he left Kalispell.

Is that an adjustable strut rod I see?

It is sad to report that Angrier suffered a catastrophic tire failure on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation this evening.
Ranger is guarding the Daytona as we speak.
:popcrn:

By catastrophic you don't mean crash do you?

71ChallengeHer

That's too bad. :rotz: But glad to hear Mike and Peter are ok.

So thats it for Angrier?  No chance to change the tire and get the car shipped to their next check point?   :shruggy:

Man, aint that a bitch.  :'(  Maybe he should've kept the set of original torque thrusts handy?  I know, hindsight is 20/20!

The TT's would have looked better (IMO), and they were V-rated tires, but the 15's never would have cleared that brake package.

The three piece custom wheel sheared two of its inner seam bolts and the silicone seal had lost its integrity.

Dammit that sucks !  :flame:

Max....great job on the recovery effort !  :2thumbs:
