I think they will work from an electrical standpoint.  I am talking about the mid 70's motors.  You would probably have to reclock the parking switch plate---and that plate has a different appearance.  I will note that the shaft where the bell crank attaches is slightly different.  So you would need a later bellcrank.  You would need to change the plug if you wanted it to plug onto the existing bulkhead connector.

Do you have one in your car that is no good now?  Or is it just missing?  IF you had one to start with, you can use the plug and wires off it.  You can also take it apart and remove the parking plate and internals including the shaft and interchange them over to the newer motor.  What you would be doing is using the newer motors housing and motor and the older motors gears, shaft, and parking plate.  I have seen all kinds of stuff about what the red paint looking material is that covers the switch on the parking plate and I don't know for sure what it is but I think its just GE Glyptol 1201.  You can get it in cans from GE Supply.  It's electrical insulating paint.  I bought a can of it and painted some on the back of a tin can and it looks pretty good to me.

I am thinking that you can buy a rebuilt later 3-speed motor from the normal parts sources.  You could use it as is if you lived with the black plastic looking parking switch plate (actually a superior design) and made your own bellcrank or went to the junkyard and found a used bellcrank out of a later Chrysler product.

Do you already have the 3-speed wiper switch?  It's hard to find.

Might want to just condsider using the 2-speed motor.  Easy to buy rebuilt for around $80 and the 2-speed wiper switches are pretty easy to find.  Both are correct.  I'am not sure if the resistor comes with the 2-speed motor or not.  I bet you can buy it after market or maybe from Chrysler still.

If you are just looking for a new 3-speed motor for a 69 I'am afraid your out of luck.  I am not aware of anyone that has these.  Your only option for a long time has been to have yours rebuilt.  There were two places that did it.  The Wiperguy in Canada quit about 6 months ago.  I have heard that Jules Daddio does these.  I think he has a website.  It's going to cost you several hundred dollars.  Good luck.
