Which would you use when dropping a 440 based engine into a '73 Charger?
Under construction 1973 Charger SE/RT resto-mod.

Save time and money and buy the conversion mounts. I didn't, bought a BB K frame, and spent a lot of time repairing the BB Ks rust damage. If the mounts on my SB K werent torched I'd have just bought the conversion mounts.
WANTED: NOS or excellent condition 72-74 4 speed shifter boot for bench or centre armrest car, part number 3467755. It's a rubber boot that looks like it's sewn up leather.

WANTED: My original 440 blocks. Serial # 2A188182 and 3A100002

I allways try to get THE RIGHT PART. Try to make a local search for the K member and if not, then the conversion mounts. Althought of course, for a correct look, would it need also the passenger inner fender.

welll that is just me. I would try to make the complete and right conversion making also at the same time a T bars and sway bars upgrade . But at the end all depends of your idea on project and budget.

between SB and BB T bars are suposelly the same and just sway bar changes, but T bars upgrade is IMHO a MUST. Just made the upgrade and WOW, WHAT A DIFF. I woud never understand how these cars came with less than 1" bars ( I installed 1.06" last week and still think could go bigger without problem ).

would make also a shock absorber upgrade to get even more stiffer handling.
