Looks great!  :2thumbs:  I could see Blade / Wesley Snipes trading his 68 Charger for your Daytona then cruising through town in it vamp hunting  :coolgleamA:  It almost looks flat black... not gloss?  Maybe it's just how the light is hitting it.

Yowsa!

Those guys in Bullrun won't know what hit 'em.  They got pretty spooked with the last car.

I guess I'm going to be the only one here who doesn't like it :shruggy: (sorry)

I wont say why though as to not hurt any feelings.

Not the only one but it's clear that a high level of craftsmanship went into it and that it's a purpose built car.  I hope it does well on the Bullrun.

1BAD68

for some reason I really like it!!

Back N Black

I don't get the big wow factor,  but i like it.  :2thumbs:

I agree it is a well built car. It's the "overall" stuff that doesn't appeal to me.  :Twocents:

Like I said in the beginning, some people will like it, some people won't... absolutely nothing wrong with that. The car was built to evoke all kinds of reactions, both good and bad.

SeattleCharger

That is soooo bad.     :2thumbs:    AngryMax,    the color and fuel cell, road warrior touches, functional too

Why would you want anything else?  Just give me a Charger and I'll be happy.

Brock Samson

too bad there's no DC.COM window sticker...  :icon_smile_wink:

Dude... don't worry there will be!

and THATS why I love it. what she's for and how she looks puts it over the edge for me.

Big Lebowski

I dig it, ya gotta go with what you like. :popcrn:
"Let me explain something to you, um i am not Mr. Lebowski, you're Mr. Lebowski. I'm the dude, so that's what you call me. That or his dudeness, or duder, or you know, el duderino if you're not into the whole brevity thing."

Mike DC

I love the flat finish with the glossy rearend sticker.  Definitely all business with this car.

I don't like the shaved driprails though.   Tiny performance gain, tiny visual change, big dent to practicality, big pain to reverse later.

hemigeno

Mike,

The car really does look great - an all-business motif with an attitude to boot.   :2thumbs:

I am kinda curious to know how the car will handle in the corners with a full load of fuel, though.  With you having driven in the Bullrun before, I know you've set the car up to do the best it can.  Good Luck!

firefighter3931

Cool looking Hot Rod Mike  :2thumbs:

The only thing that concerns me is that low hanging, unprotected fuel cell. I'd be concerned with a rear end collision and BOOM....ala Ford Pinto  :o

Guess that's just the safety concsious Fireman in me talking.  :P

Good luck on this years BR race....should be loads of fun.  :icon_smile_big:

Eh...not my cup of tea.  I have never been a big fan of winged cars, plus that Charger used to be a very nice looking white '69.  However, it is your car and I'm sure you will enjoy it.  Good luck in this year's Bullrun!!

love it  :drool5:  no messing  built to run  :drive: ...  hey Mike got any (youtube) of it running  :popcrn: :drool5:

That was the first thing I thought of when I saw it. It is definitely out in the open. Personally, I'd have made it out of a composite material if it has to hang down like that. Or at least painted it black  :icon_smile_wink:

God must love stupid people; He made so many.
