 The guy who intiated the $10million dollar " Ansari X' prize for private space flight and return, that was recently won by  Rutan/Allen team [?}

is wanting to start a "rocket racing league" .

Supposedly he has contracted w/ a firm to build several rocket powered planes that will fly a course "like a grand prix "   with a mimimum distance between planes.

There is an article on www.speedtv.com  under the "Industry News" section.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Man, I can't believe that plane would even fly with only one wing! That's one SKILLED pilot!

This one isn't a crash pic, but just one I thought was cool. These are JATO rockets on a C130 as it's taking off.

Nice hat trick here:

(l-r) P-51, P-47 and a Spitfire.

I think if the Charger had a mirror in WWII fighters, it'd be the P-47 Thunderbolt.

Naturally it can't be the Mustang. :D
