I swapped gears and now my speedometer is waaaaay off. What can be done to fix this?

You need to change the speedo drive gear in the transmission.  What size tires are you running?

I'm gonna get some taller tires first then fix it. It's way off, I went from a 2.76 open to a 3.73 suregrip. Now 3rd gear feels like 2nd gear used to.

When you get your taller tires, it won't be much trouble after that to determine which drive pinion you need and they are an easy swap.
