The wait is over – the 2009 Model Year Dodge Challenger is available for ordering.  We will begin taking orders for R/T and SRT8 models today with SE ordering following shortly.  Due to requests from many dealers, we are bringing back Hemi Orange paint on SRT models to assist in moving customers unable to get a 2008 model into a 2009 model.

Pricing and allocations will follow at a later date.

Keep the GTX.
Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.  Especially if they have access to the internet.

I also vote for keeping that GTX - that is one nice looking ride.

;Di think he was joking :rotz:

he could get 3-4 new challengers for what he could get for that HEMI sunroof GTX

If you have no vision or creative spirit, you can always fall back on the way the factory did it.

If id taken time to look at the pic, i would have seen it was a hemi car but i didnt  having said that im sure he is joking but even if it wasnt a hemi car id still prefer the gtx

Thanks for the comments guys. I really was thinking on selling it and buying an SRT ragtop. Its not the original one of one, 71 Hemi GTX with a hole in the roof, just a 71 Sunroof GTX with a Hemi..  Yes I love the car and have owned it for 26 years, but I really like that Chally..  Not sure now.. SRT's only have a 3 year/36 month warranty..

Sure your car looks nice. But is it so heavy, it couldn't be very quick :nana:  :icon_smile_blackeye:  I think you should trade it in

Here is a nice article and some pictures from the assembly in Brampton Ontario

They are a sweet ride.

It's like a big heavy piece of purple poop..but  It eats 408 smallblocks as Canadian appetiser's.  :smilielol:  It's not much of a showcar like yours, but I've had it for 26 years, and I drive the heck out of it.. And you know what ? I've driven yours, you haven't had the guts to get behind the wheel of mine. Or sober enough, rather...  :smilielol: :smilielol:

Not a showcar? ::)  Your car is pimping  :D  As for being scared to drive her... I did not feel I could take "Barney the dinosaur" for a drive without the right attire.  I will get you a new hat when I see you at Norwalk. :smilielol:
