That guy has a nice sound Nacho.  Thanks.

THAT guy is the leader of Dire Straits as stated.

the most famous song ( composed with Sting, also featuring on background vocals )

I mean if you didn't know who it was, that does look you didn't

about some gutarrist like Steve Vai or Satriani... I don't like virtuosism, however I admire that. I simple don't enjoy that

Then lot of great musicians around that still I don't know. Just my opinion about what I do know

OOOOOH YEAH of course, Sultans orf Swing... that was in fact the first hit ever!!! and still!!! I did enjoy a lot playing that song when I had my band

Money for nothing was helped by MTV release on those years, maybe that's why I consider it the most famous.

BTW, I think a GREAT COMBO here playing:

OK, let me just say that I do know who Dire Straits are.  I know the band and the songs, I just wasnt familiar with the lead singers name.  That said, Walk OF Life was my favorite Dire Straits song.  Sultans of Swing was good too.  :)

If that's you, it's very good.  A little too much distortion for me, but good none the less, especially for not being studio quality.

In case that doesnt work the band and song is

Between the Buried and Me - Selkies:The Endless Obsession

Wait until 3mins 50 secs, and you older gentlman man be very surprised by the change of pace, and of course veryone wait for the guitar solo, its unreal, and the sweeping in the end is sick

Rick, I thought I was in store for a "surprise", was kinda lame, too mello, more like candy coated gothic, how about something more intense like "snot"

Neat!
[Johnny Carson voice]I did NOT know that. [/Johnny Carson voice]
And singing while drumming is pretty tough.

At about the 5:10 mark, she's got a little "Frankenstein" drum solo going. Pretty cool!

Anders Osbourne is pretty cool.

While there are a handful of videos on YouTube, the quality is really rough.

He does have 6 songs in a "radio" on his website. http://www.andersosborne.com/
Track 6 is one of my favourites.
